Engineering Authority
You Can Verify

Our certifications, registrations, and BIS code compliance are not decorative — they are our license to operate at the highest levels of structural safety.

Certifications & Registrations

Form B Authority
Licensed to issue Structural Stability Certificates (Form B) under the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Regulation of Construction) Act — mandatory for all commercial and public buildings.
Registered Structural Engineers
All structural designs, assessments, and certifications are signed and sealed by registered structural engineers with post-graduate qualifications recognized by Tamil Nadu authorities.
Form C Coordination
Authorized to assist and coordinate Form C (Fire Safety Certificate) applications with Tamil Nadu Fire & Rescue Services for industrial and commercial buildings.

Bureau of Indian Standards

IS 13311 Part 1 — Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity
Method of non-destructive testing of concrete. Morning Star's NDT equipment is calibrated and operated strictly per IS 13311 Part 1 for pulse velocity measurement to assess concrete quality and uniformity.
IS 13311 Part 2 — Rebound Hammer
Assessment of concrete surface hardness and estimation of compressive strength per IS 13311 Part 2. Used alongside UPV for comprehensive concrete condition profiling.
IS 516 — Concrete Core Testing
Standard methods of test for strength of concrete. Core samples extracted from existing structures are tested per IS 516 to establish actual in-situ concrete strength.
IS 456 — Plain & Reinforced Concrete
All new construction and repair work conforms to IS 456:2000 — the primary Indian code for plain and reinforced concrete design, including mix design, durability, and cover specifications.
IS 800 — Steel Structures
All PEB and structural steel designs follow IS 800:2007 — the general construction in steel code — for member design, connections, and fabrication standards.
IS 1893 — Seismic Design
All structural designs consider seismic zone requirements per IS 1893 — essential for Chennai's Zone II/III classification — ensuring earthquake-resistant construction.
